Return & Refund Policy

At Chicshell, your satisfaction is our top concern. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene concerns, certain products—such as intimate apparel, custom-made items, or personal-use goods—are not eligible for return.

Timeframe for Returns
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after this period.

Return Authorization Required
Before sending back any item, please contact our support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and restocking charges may apply based on the item’s condition.

Clearance & Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance can be returned unless otherwise noted. Refunds will reflect the price paid at checkout.

Exchanges
Need a different color, size, or product? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Availability may vary, and additional fees or shipping charges may apply.

Return Instructions
After receiving your RA number, repack the item in its original condition with all tags and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outer package and use a trackable shipping service to return it to the address we provide.

Fees & Return Shipping
If your return is not due to our error, you may be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. Any applicable charges will be communicated in advance.
